Okay so I made these a while ago, and they're meant to be as shitty as possible. They're in .cur format.

It's because most custom cursors look ugly.

Well most of them are "let's replace the cursors with random stuff", and the rest just don't fit with windows's design.
They remind me of some bad GTK themes.
