Yes, this one! This was the one I was referring to! I loved that game!
Ok, update 1.1: Fixed a bug in the menu selection (exiting from a level multiple of 5 resulting in selector out of the menu) and added my personal intro for the very first time in one of my games, even though I have it done for a veeery long time:

EDIT: Oh, and also added a level display at the top-right corner...

Wait, what? They read .png files, not .txt files. The .png files are better to be seen and hand-made, but the save file ("save.data") is just a text file that saves the map as it is now, if that help :)SauloFX wrote:oh,also forgot, export the levels as .txt filesHugoBDesigner wrote:Yes, this one! Yeah, I do plan on adding an editor, but I'm not sure if separated or along with it. Along with it would be a lot harder, but who knows? That game looks pretty nice.
Anyway, I've just noticed the part under the post that shows how many edits were made and who made the last one.
Either that's something relatively new to the forums, or I've been oblivious for a really long time.
A good example would be the first post in the birthday thread or group picture thread. (The one by SauloFX)
Also: Is it me or has Kiashi not posted in awhile

You've been oblivious, edit info has always been displayed at the bottom of posts. Although if you edit your post before the next reply it doesn't show up.imaginary cake wrote:I've just noticed the part under the post that shows how many edits were made and who made the last one.

also there's no satisfying ding when you score and the scoring is all weird

why is there so many IWBTG clones?renhoek wrote:Okay I need to ask,

Because people like unfair difficulty.
(I say unfair because the helicopter game got the controls perfect in 2000 and having these physics is a massive downgrade)
Equally this is the reason we play Not Tetris 2 and Not Pacman

Flappy bird doesn't appeal to me, but this somehow does: Ridiculous Glitching
It's the same principle, but with a few extra elements thrown in. Though the randomization can make things unfair sometimes.

I played Flappy Bird a few times. I don't see why people get so addicted. No wait, I do: it is because most people (in my generation) are complete morons. Trust me, they break their iPhones and are on their phones all the time (even in classes).

My bro said the same, that there is no reason to get mad on this game.
After he played +100 times he changed his mind.

Second life/Playstation Home.
I'm sure this is what everyone thought when they heard of Virtual Reality headsets, $350 version of standing in a city centre.
Are we sure they didn't mean to buy Google Glass? I mean Google Glass is a legitimate purchase which could use a social media application
(that's not Google+ because gosh darn it you know that'll be the standard)

We can only hope that Facebook still lets them do their own thing without trying to fuck the product royally.
Now that I think about it, if facebook even tries to restrict the fucking occulus it would be a waste of two billion.

SPEEDRUN GUIDE: Looking like an idiot WR attemptsTurtle95 wrote:I played Flappy Bird a few times. I don't see why people get so addicted. So, you want to look like an idiot as fast as possible? Sure, just follow these simple steps!
STEP 1: Try as hard as possible to look smart.
This is as easy as just using overly formal conventions (such as using full names, or italicing titles or anything else unsuited) on an internet forum or any other place where such formalities are in no way needed or wanted.
STEP 2: Claim that everyone who isn't you is stupid.
This is subtly different from the first part, as you are now only trying to look smart by default, as everyone else being stupid would make you smart by comparison. You can do this subtly, by saying you don't understand their adorable small minds (despite this actually being a sign of close-mindedness and general ignorance) or by just straight out calling them stupid if you don't feel like putting the effort in.
STEP 3: Make an entirely invalid argument.
Now, you've almost proved you have no real intelligence, but how can you top it off? One quick way to make everyone finally give up is to just make an argument for your point that simply doesn't make sense, like trying to correlate hair dye with obesity, or phone usage with intelligence. Once this is done, no-one will have any hope for your intelligence anymore!
Mission complete! You did it! Now, make sure to submit your time, you worked hard on this. See you next time!!

And then they decide to screw that over and make the Super Mario Bros movie spiritual sequel.

kiashi return to me please my love.
i'm breaking my rules, but thank you everyone,
thank you for supporting me.
so i went skiing.
i forgot how to slow down, the "technique" for slowing down's called "pizza."
i was going like 40 miles per hour down a blue diamond slope, and i was really confused because my friend kept yelling pizza at me and i was like "what the actual fuck, dude?"
it was painful but fun.
thank you, b-man (do not kill me over capitalization) and vakema.
you guys are the best
and, kiashi:
wink wink

Ah, the joys of skiing.
I had no idea that people zig-zagged down the mountain until somebody asked me about it.
There's that, and then there's the fact that the 2nd ski trip I went on, I took the wrong ski lift and went to the top of the mountain.
And I didn't fall once, paralleling and all.
(But I did knock some lady over...)

Oh shit. The world is ending.
Facebook bought Oculus Rift? Firaga is becoming the most popular human on earth? LIVE ACTION MINECRAFT MOVIE? NOOOO SNOW IN BRAZIL??!?!?!?!
I'm done, guys. I'm gonna go get a bunker and hide until the riots are over. Also, I'm gonna go tell Discovery Channel that I have a bunker so they can make fun of me by recording me and putting me on a show called "Apocalypse: Are you ready?" or some shit like that.
Man those shows suck.
