it says there it's only for minors under the age of 13 - I don't get the point by just charging 50 cents plus Tax (if they do it too) for those under 13 that's like saying Microsoft charging you $4.50 for the same thing seems why they must add this in and just have it free for minors and majors (above the age of 13)?
