Talk about anything related to the end of school. Final test grades, what you're going to do over the summer, etc. Of course, not everyone will be in school or be out of school.
I just finished my final test, Language Arts, and got 15/16. I could have gotten 16/16 if I had looked up Rapture. I barely knew about the meaning that the question wasn't about, but I didn't bother to look it up because if I didn't know that then my grade should reflect that. I looked it up afterwards to see what it actually meant, because if a test shows I don't know something I should, I should go learn it.

I'm so glad school is over for me.
Those 18 years of my life were living hell.
If there was anything to be learned from the American schooling system, it's that the kids are the future and anyone who's not pouring money into the education system over everything else needs to just goooo awaaaaaay.

Is that what your avatar is flipping the bird at? Terrible school years?
I'm learning java this summer, starting tomorrow. Always tomorrow, always not today.

Test Results
All and all, good year. Not as bad as the depressing Year 8 in Australia, so it was good.

PE: 81%, nearly got a C.
My worst subject.
Wait, no.
Paying attention to threads I started: 59%. F. F for fail. Good thing this is an imaginary class.

I still have a week left. But most of my final test results are set.
Still, I'm pretty sure that I've finished school. For now.

Python is the bomb (Lua is pretty nice)
If you need some resources let me know and I can give ya' something.
Junior Marshal used to make me exempt from my exams but they decided to take it away this year :'(
Still got out of two of my four exams.
I have a 92.5 in Calculus BC, so I really hope I can keep that up (92.5 rounds to a 93 which is barely an A)
Next week in one of my classes, we will be doing nothing, but since my teacher is the head of our schools E3 club, we'll probably be playing Mario Kart 8 for an hour and a half every day that week :D (maybe 3 hours since I have the same teacher the period before and we probably won't be doing much there ither)

Python is literally a bombBobTheLawyer wrote:Python is the bomb (Lua is pretty nice)
If you don't figure out how to use it right away and you're close enough to it you go to the afterlife
Also I started with Javascript because there were some moddable games I was into at the time and the mods were controlled using Javascript. I went to love2d after that and I have to say Lua is a really good programming language, technically and educationally.
I did have a natural knack for it though, so things might be kind of hard if you aren't the type of person who can figure things out on their own? Not exactly sure
I'm like the only person I've talking to about this that prefers the school year over the summer and doesn't really want 9th grade to endVakema123 wrote:Same for me. My last exam is on the 20th.HowToEatGirafes wrote:2 weeks left before 2,5 months of hollidays
I love the combination of social interaction and learning and stuff
I don't know
I don't like change either... I've gotten really used to talking to certain people, and hearing my math teacher's amazing jokes, and having ulterior motives to actions before homeroom but never following up on them, and playing in band, and wearing obscure t shirts so I can explain them to people, and my god I think I'm even going to miss the shenanigans with those kids in French class that hate me and worship me at the same time
*shivers*
Okay not that but basically everything else

I learned Java over the year, since my college uses that for first-year CS education. C++ is way better; why, in Java, is the main method in a class?
Also I nearly failed several classes over the year due to oversleep. Which nearly made me lose my scholarships. Hooray for unnecessary stress!

Also, I'm stealing that image link.

Cake and I have 3 more weeks ;-;
Hopefully all I need to do over summer is some minor chores. I like sleeping 12 hrs and gaming 10 hrs or the other way around... or getting 2 hours of sleep and 20 of gaming.

Today was my last day. It doesn't feel real to be honest. I can remember in elementary school thinking that it'd take forever to get here, and it'd be so hard, but I made it

I don't get why people get money for good grades. It is just pointless. "Congrats, you did some shit that you should have done anyway, here, have some cash." No offense to anyone who does this, just saying my thoughts.

I don't know the answer to this question, but I know that two of these answers are wrong, so that leaves A and C, and... wait, I remember that C was for something else, so it must be A.victinistar wrote:The power of multiple choice.
This question has "none of the above," which is almost never true, so it's not that one. I'm leaning toward B.
A, no... B, no... C, that sounds right... D, LOL that's not true *adds witty note*
I think it's A or B, but I've had lots of B's so it must be A.
Hey I know this one! *marks D*
