And every match will be saved as a replay (if possible) for you to enjoy!

How the tournament works:
Each round will have to consist of 3 minute 1v1 duels with a referee on a random melee map, with all items enabled (except final smash) at the medium setting.
Winner out of 2 rounds moves up in the chart!

A: No. Matches start when the two opponents are ready, which could be whenever.
Q: Doesn't that mean the tournament could go on forever?
A: Absolutely not, one non-starting match is not going to halt the whole tournament completely!
Q: Why not mkwii?!
A: Between brawl and mkwii, brawl's the best game i would prefer for tournaments.
Its not like you can't play mkwii anymore, go on and share friend codes if you wanna play with others that badly!

Isn't there a online pokemon battle simulator?
I'd say try using that so no one has an excuse for why they couldn't battle. (plus I'm waiting for the almighty version they always release for these.)

I just got a new copy of Brawl, so I'm ready for this (My old one had weird white spots in it and crashed when Yoshi or Zero Suit Samus was picked, storymode was played, or online...). I'll add and post stuff later today. If you wanna just add me in to the random thing before hand, I'm 100% in, just not at home

To be honest, I'm probably going to lose, since I've been getting used to Project M's high gravity. After this, I'd like to do the same with Project M, since my Lucario skills are so much better in it.

I love playing as Mario, Kirby Or Yoshi. These are my favorite characters.

Not that i don't trust you guys, but anybody could change the rules around.
It also would take a while to get replay proof of the winner.
And even then, you can lie about who you were. Nicknames don't get saved to replays.
It's generally going to be much quicker if its going through a referee such as me.

Changing things around. I should no longer have 300% damage, thus making it nearly impossible to kill me.
And now its 3 minutes instead of 2, increasing funage!
I haven't gotten my internet re-hooked up yet but I'll be able to play Turret soon I promise
Also next week works great for anyone (potentially, if I beat Turret) playing me because it's winter break
