Created for the discussion of Stabyourself's Minecraft server.

I might as well declare that I'm perpetualforce. Declaring who you are might also be important.

There is no whitelist, [It's now whitelisted,] and the ip is: 37.59.254.162:25565

The server is owned by thunderflipper.

Well, someone was mapping out stuff while I was asleep. Not to mention they added chests and found more horse armor!
Construction of the building will resume.

However, it looks like all of the tools and armor were raided. Does anyone know what happened? I logged off with carloot on or something while thunderflipper was afk.

Well, I was there for the beginning of it. At the time I was making a redstone contraption with pistons and stuff; I took a bit of cobblestone, redstone, wood, and iron. Then skythekidR5 signed in and asked if he could be OPed and who owned the server and stuff. He signed in and out a handful of times. Then I was signed out because someone else had signed in as me on a different computer. Signed back in. thunder was signed in and out a handful of times. Notch and Herobrine were also signed in. Thunder said he was going to sign out and to tell me if he was signed in. He was about 30 seconds later. He said that he was back. then was logged in and out multiple times. It ws around then when I signed out. So.... that's generally what happened.

At the time, I was exploring, and this little kid with a cracked client decided to log in as me, even though I wasn't opped, I had just enchanted my tools to level 30 and got great enchantments. He then asked for op, which I denied. He then tried to log in as me, and did, multiple times. I then went onto the server console, made it so that cracked clients couldn't log in, but he was already on the server. I then banned his IP to prevent him from logging in again. When I did log in, he had killed me and lead a creeper into the base, exploding the chests. Sorry for any inconvenience.

On another note, I'm going to be playing soon

If you're having so much trouble with griefers and random people logging in, then just white-list the server. It will stop most to all the griefing, and people can just PM you so you can add him.

I was going to recommend that, but I like the disabling of cracked servers better. We don't mind random people, and griefers would probably have trouble griefing if they start with nothing. As for me I'm making a secret base to protect my stuff anywho. It might be a good idea to get an ender chest for the particularly valuable stuff.

I think whitelisting the server would be a good idea anyhow, you guys could just pm me if you want to be added to the whitelist. I'll do that, and add everyone from stabyourself who has logged in before.

Ok, the server is whitelisted, and I added almost everyone that has logged into the server before. If I forgot to add anyone, please PM me.

Edit: And cracked users are allowed, but I banned the initial troublemaker, so that won't be a problem

I don't think people would be so mad at you if it wasn't for the fact that you lost most of the emeralds and that the diamond horse armor is missing.
On a different note if thuderflippers wants I can make a creative only zone in the map. One that clears your inventory on leaving and arriving.

EDIT: Confession time:
It wasn't WaryLouka's fault about the diamond horse armor.

So here's the story:
I've never rode a horse before today, and I've always wanted to try it out.
So I thought I would use one from the base.
I didn't want to risk it dying, so I got the best horse armor and equipped it to it, just to be safe.
No one else was on and I planned to return it and the horse.

I stink at riding horses, so I fell when I was riding up the stairs and got stuck and we were picked off by mobs.
I got away with the armor, but later died before returning it.
When shadow retrieved my stuff, the armor wasn't there.

So sorry guys.

I didn't touch the emeralds. I have one if you guys want it.
Maybe TF can spawn a diamond horse armor back in?

I'm glad. don't like accusing wary for everything, but is reputation isn't the greatest, wouldn't worry much about the armor we weren't using it anyway. Wary did die with the emeralds though.
Note: in order to make a creative only zone I'll have to be temperarily OPed. there's blocks I would need that can't get in creative or survival.

As for the whole creative thing, I don't really think its a good idea, especially since this is vanilla. I don't want to be spawning anything in what so ever, again, because this is vanilla.
As for adding mods.. This is vanilla not bukkit

Both of you stop, this is a stupid argument and if you continue to bother each other and other people, you will be banned. Also, if you have anything in your enderchest that belongs to the community, if you don't return it, you will also be banned.
