How do you make .GIF'S move faster?

Title says it all but I use pixen to create my .gifs and I'm a mac user

In GIMP if you export to .gif (using the animation base filter) you can specify frame duration.
- manually, frame by frame - change layer name and add something like (90ms)
- globally - when saving (exporting) the picture you can say frame duration, either for frames whose duration was not manually specified or for every frame regardless

- giving more options, especially when it's for more powerful and wide-usage ones is always ok
- even though he specified he was a mac user giving the choice of a cross-platform tool is a better answer
