Agreed. Until you play on Lunatic difficulty, then shit just flies out the window. Not saying it's hard, or impossible, just on borderline crazy.
(I can barely beat the normal mode on those games, yet it's still one of my favorite series)
(also the fan games are fun)

Butter = slippery, as in butter fingers.
The one thing I hated about Super Meat Boy is that it was really inconsistent with traction, on the ground your traction was perfect, you could stop instantly, and in the air it was a pile of crap. Made it a bitch to do something as simple as dropping off a ledge.

I lost my save file (had all bandages up to hell including dark worlds and was up the apocalypse world) when I had to update my computer, I've tried going back to it but the more I play the more I get annoyed at the game's annoying difficulty (it takes about 2 blocks to land properly without slipping, it's kinda hard when I have to land on one block while I'm high in the sky because I have perfect judgement on where I am in comparison to the land) and I just give up.

one lat thing I have to say is it's nice to see a lot of the screen, but I have trouble seeing where meat boy is because of how tiny he is.

Conversely, I've always regarded it as one of the easier final levels I've played.
EDIT: Now that I think about it, I've always had trouble with Egg Quarters. Those stupid beetles always catch me.

I got it when it first came out and I still play it today even after getting all the emblems about 10 times. But still, those beetles make me jump for some reason, to this day. I can't explain it! Other faves would be Cave Story, Colour Bind, Mari0 (der), M+L Bowser's Inside Story, Sonic Adventure 2, Spelunky, Super Mario 64 (and 74), Super Meat Boy, Super Paper Mario, VVVVVV, and Worms Armageddon.

I mean there are still a ton of other games I have that I've played a ton and are really cool though

I'm undecided what my favourite game is to be honest, but I do enjoy Super Mario 3D World quite a bit, and most other Mario games too. And that includes Mari0, even though Nintendo didn't make it. I also like other games sometimes.
