Okay, is there a rule that you can include anyone but me in things like that, no matter how new they are? I don't think I've EVER been included in a thing like this without asking, and surface-2-air missile hasn't been around nearly as long as me. Or at least hasn't actually been active recently as long as me.

Seriously though, why am I left out of ALL of these things (when I don't ask to be included) but people who are newer than me aren't? Do I just not notice these things when they contain me/Mr. What Sheep?

Activity has nothing to do with this. It depends on how much they may like the character, and how well they know the actual person, and on top of all, it's the creator's desicion if they want to add you in or not.

And anyways, I never even knew that was an actual character of yours. I thought it was just some kind of weird joke I didn't know about or something.

i was sticking to a pallet with batman so i didnt add any shade, but i might go back and shade it one day when i find time

Oh wow I can't believe I missed this,
