This sounds too awesome to be true... and it probably is too. (In other words I wouldn't be surprised if this was a huge scam.)

It's not. It's from a trusted video game news source.

Now, I'm going to ask you all something: What would you hook up in MakeyMakey? I would hook up random objects around my house.

I'd like to see a list of which matrials would work and which one woudln't, like "fruits and body parts would, rubber and plastic wouldn't).
I know everyone could say "it will obviously work with every conductor" but not everyone knows graphite is a conductor, which is the reason why many say it's fake: they see the pacman part with a drawn controller and say it's impossible.

My small brain can't conceive how this could work... as in how it collects information, etc.

Yeah, MakeyMakey is a cool thing to make anything a controller, but 3D land is a game! You should get 3D land!

Yes. Maybe I was just imagining using it with a piano or something, I don't know.

How does it sense if you're pressing a banana?
Does it have vibration detectors or something??
EDIT: Nevermind, read on the kickstarter
Ehh...some of the stuff still doesn't look too realistic though
It's pretty cool
