Its called Project Zomboid.
And its pretty realistic.

this game looks sweet, I'm gonna try see if I can play the free demo. Still you shouldn't do a new thread just about this (AD GAH)
Maybe there could be a Games Discussion thread to talk about any game, not just stabyourself, not just free games.
