But most governments react way to late anyways.

well actually i was more thinking about the response to pandemic urgency a government can indirectly help set up, and if it's an ok socialist driven gov it might finance a public system ready for action while dumpass liberal bitches will just fail to answer properly to any situation

We'd be screwed alright. But most of those arguments aren't quite realistic. They expect us to be surrounded by thousands of zombies, which just won't happen unless you live in china or something. Think about it, how many people live in your neighborhood? Even if they all turned into zombies somehow and you didn't, would you be surrounded like you would be in Dead Rising or something? I think not. Not me though.
But that depends how 'smart' the zombies really are (and that depends on how the brain decays during the period the person was dead. Which makes the zombies unpredictable).
Besides, you need to secure your survival not save entire humanity (well, you sort of are by doing that), that's just impossible if the outbreak has spread to much.
People who play to much videogames or seen to many movies could think they are able to swing a lawnmower around and kill an entire herd of zombies, they would die quickly.

Basically my idea is to show people how a real zombie outbreak would go. From all zombie-movies, -games and -series I've seen nothing is accurate.

And yes, most games, series and other stuff always shows the viewer that you can easily kill the zombies, and sometimes the cause could start by a virus going around. In a matter of hours the whole world could be full of zombies. Not to mention the fact that even though you survive and your family get's infected by that, you'll still need to kill them somehow before they get you.

I say that if that's to happen, don't go check on your family that lives far away, it's better to have cell phones or some way of communication. You'll either die trying to get there
Or end up getting there only to find that your family is already infected. I say that some of those things are stupid, not to mention the fire one, I mean c'mon?! Evenn if they're dead and can't feel the fire or pain, they'll still die because bones can't move by themselves. And if they were blind and attracted to sounds, notifying them were their pray is at, why not take huge amplifiers and put something that provides sound, and set it to float in the ocean, the zombies will follow and probably drown. If they can swim then that would be just plain stupid.

Yeah, there are allot of things to take into consideration. It all depends on what kind of zombies they are. And the longer it takes to figure that out, the more people get infected, killed or whatever. The best thing to do is to stay put, fortify and defend yourself until you are sure on how to approach or defeat them.
Maybe then you can consider relocating. Keeping in touch with other people through a cellphone gives you a major advantage. Maybe even turn on the TV for emergency broadcasts and such, which will most likely give you the advice you are looking for.
