What are the worst films you have seen?

When I say worse I mean make you feel physically sick...

Post the name of the film and a small description of it

Also, you have to have actually seen it

I'll start I have 2

1. Salo or the 120 days of sodom
The film focuses on four wealthy, corrupted fascist libertines after the fall of Benito Mussolini's Italy in 1944 who kidnap a total of eighteen teenage boys and girls and subject them to four months of extreme violence, sadism, sexual and mental torture. The film is noted for exploring the themes of political corruption, abuse of power, sadism, perversion, sexuality, and fascism.

2. Human centipede 2
Sequal to human centipede and about 20 times worse, it includes a scene with the main character masturbating with sandpaper.

Back on topic, I don't know if this classifies as a film, but the music video for 'Bleed' by Meshuggah (a song and band that I like) creeped me out the first time I saw it.

Its no excuse but i had just done 4 straight hours of maths at college then another couple of hours at home so i wasnt in a good mood.
