I guess I'll make this post meaningful then and explain the inspiration then.

Basically, I was just practicing new poses when this one really stood out to me; I thought it would be worthwhile to finish it.
It's good practice and it looks pretty great, so I'm going to be using this until the next fad comes along. (...we haven't had one in awhile.)

Oh, my avatar is pixelized because I scaled down the original image without any blending correction algorithms. I prefer it this way, to be honest. (Although there are a few details I could smooth out.)

I can do a bit more in the ways of improvement. I thought the goal was 25 kb so there's a bit of breathing room if you want something changed.

Edit: Less posterized version, more true to the original.

edit: just tried to use the new gif, but the size of the image has tripled from 89x66 to 133x99... yea...

Sorry, I'm on it. The source image was 133x99... I don't use avatars so I don't know the prerequisites.
I used gimp, I thought it would be neat if there was away to add an unanimated background to a gif, turns out there was. I'll fix it, just a sec.

Thankfully I had grabbed a copy of your old avatar before you removed it. I was able to copy the original body over to dodge having to use interpolation. Unfortunately, the screen is still interpolated. My perfectionist side is making me want to recreate it from scratch.
