In other news, after 5 fucking years of having this game, I finally got 120 Shine Sprites on Super Mario Sunshine (fuck you island, fuck you corona mountain).

Corona Mountain was difficult, but I found it much harder to find Blue Coins elsewhere.
I mean, all of the blue coins are visible.
They're hard to get to, but visible.

I'm going to be offline for a few days, as every computer in my house is under critical use. I'm typing this from my 3DS right now, and my stylus was lost by a sibling a week ago, and typing is a pain.

Anyways, I just beat Paper Mario a few minutes ago, and it's one heck of a game.
It's my favorite RPG right now, and I doubt M&L:SS or SMRPG (which I have not beaten yet) can top it.

And I'm all the more hyped for Paper Mario U right now. (Let's hope it actually turns out right this time...)

I absolutely love the Paper Mario series. But I've always wished for it to go back to the 64 and The thousand Year Door style of gameplay.
Also, where did you get the info that a new Paper Mario is coming? I have seen no reliable info on it at all. All I see is assumptions and theories that one is coming, but nothing from Nintendo or Intelligent Systems themselves (not even a hint).
But yeah, if there is one coming; for the love of god make it like the first two titles. The others were fun, but nothing like the first two.
Super Paper Mario had no proper RPG system and Sticker Star was really cheesy in the fact that you needed a specific sticker in order to beat a boss and the stickers kind of removed the RPG system too. So these didn't feel like a proper Mario game.
But in every Paper Mario the story, style and atmosphere never really fails. Although I expected a better story in Sticker Star...

so this is a project i've been working on:



first of all, it won't be your typical card fighting game, the battle system will be different
second of all, sorry for terrible design and art but i am slightly dumb when it comes to graphics (if you're having a good day the dimensions for card backgrounds are 155x200 and creature pictures are all 70x70, the rest of the card is made in code)

the first card represents a 55 rated bronze card that is pretty terrible, probably would be a starter card. it is an attack creature.
the second card represents a slightly better card as it is silver, a defensive creature that will feature nicely in your team.
the third card would probably be one of the best cards in the game as a 90 rated gold card. it is also an all round creature as it's stats are very all round.
each team would probably contain 3 defense cards 3 all round cards and 3 attacking cards (3-3-3) but you may be able to change formation to suit your player to maybe a 4-2-3 or a 3-5-1 (all teams have 9 players).
