Ok, hi, unknow, it's a pleasure to meet a person which i don't even know his name and that wants to be greeted by a loty of unknow people because of his birthday.
I will love to post "Happy Birthday, Spider!" and i'm sure you will love to red it, because we are pretty good friends :D

EDIT: Now seiously, i didn't know a lot of people here, but i started knowing them, slowly, and i didn't wish them a happy birthday before because they were complete strangers to me.

No, posts don't have to deal with being a member of the community. I'm usually not stern on stuff like this, but you need to have the community to get to know you before your birthday rolls around again; I'd love to support you, but there are many, many members who've had 1-20 posts, promised they'll be a real member, ask to be included in a dozen things, and then disappear forever.

Heck, if you go back through the older pages of this thread, you'll notice that there are examples of what I'm talking about.
Take this JOSEE person- 1 post to date, and it was just to list his birthday.
