The screenshot TO linked to is part of the geocities-izer, not part of http://stabyourself.net(I get the counter when I use the geocities-izer link)
Look, the counter is scaled exactly like the "Internet Explorer","Netscape", and "No Frames" badges, which are just under that counter.
And it's an increasing counter, and it's not even a time until/since(hh:mm:ss), so it can't be a countdown.
