Turtley, after you finish it, you should really try Portal 2. It's really better. :)

Yeah, I know. That's why I bought it. and why I have recorded all of MLP season 4 on my DVR, but I haven't watched it....

Also, I'm trying to learn Java and I'm learning very fast that it's ugly (I don't like languages that use { } and require me to designate variables for things like strings or ints)

Not to be a 3-year latecomer, but...
Holy crap the 3DS is a good MP3. With it's SD card, everything's good to go! (Works while it's closed)

The only downside is that there's less room for games...

Then get a bigger SD card. Mine's 32gb, and it holds 13gb of music, several retail-sized games, and many smaller downloaded games.

I figured that out a while ago, can't seem to get the 16gb mini sdhc card to read in a sd card adapter in a usb card reader- I want to copy all the stuff from the 2GB packaged sd card to the new one.

I also figured out that the card reader was out-of-date.

So I accessed the SDHC card through an mp3 player. :D

More data, more I say!

You know, the more I download on my 3DS, the more I know I'll never get rid of it.
Xbox One? Pfff, the 3DS can do more.
I draw on my Colors 3D
I wake up to my Super Mario Alarm Clock
I play my favorite classics on Virtual Console
I record important moments with dat camera
I listen to my favorite songs
I watch Hulu and Netflix
And I enjoy some of the best games of the console generation
All with my 3DS

Sorry to break topic, but would anyone be willing to code a game I've had the idea for for a while?
I have the entire game pretty much pictured in my head, but I don't know any coding languages.
If not, I'll just get off my lazy posterior and learn Löve2D.

You'd need more details.
Few people are going to code you something huge that sounds boring to them, though a short 24 hour to make game, someone might do for you, or if the idea totally blows them away.

The idea was for an endless beat-em-up, and you can unlock characters that appear as enemies at a certain point. You can have a main character and two back-up characters that appear after you die and explode after a time limit. (Main character doesn't have a time limit)
I was also thinking of simple fighting styles for characters, and upgrades for them. Like the Trist3D character can punch, knee and do a weird backflip which is also a knee attack.
I also had an idea where Idiot9.0 works like the characters in Punch Quest.
Also, there's a power bar for obvious reasons.

If you mean unlocking enemies as characters.
I haven't played Great Dungeon In The Sky, but the unlockable characters would be mini-bosses.

There will not be any online multiplayer. It will be local Co-op:
TBOI:R Wiki wrote:The remake will feature local two player co-op, but no online multiplayer as to avoid extending the development time any further (it will not be included in an online patch, either). The co-op will be splitscreen, the second player will be able to drop in at any time, and the game will scale accordingly.

You guys think there's any way to get the exe from a love file without the exe still being an archive so people can grab audio files etc?
On a completely different note,

It's impossible to give someone a way to play a sound without giving them a way to access the sound file.

It's not possible to completely lock a file from being read(You can only make it harder with DRM). And B-Man, no one is gonna steal your sound files.(At least not unless you get popular)

Oh I wasn't talking about me. The audio thing was an example. I was just speaking in general, and since most love2d projects involve some kind of sound I figured that would be a good example. I wasn't even asking that because of me, I was just reading up on some stuff and got curious. Thanks though.

xkcd

(xkcd is a hilarious webcomic based on programming jokes, golf clubs, and many of the other random thoughts of Randall Munroe)

Ah QCode I can totally see you as an xkcd reader :)
It is also my favorite webcomic, in case you can't tell. It's also my homepage. And frequently a slideshow of xkcd comics is my desktop background.
