"Is" and "are" are determined by the subject of the sentence. Pudding is singular, birds is plural, posts is also plural. "All" does not affect the verb, for example if I swapped them in both sentences:

Why is the pudding in the cupboard?
Why are all the birds singing?

Anyways, I am also curious why a lot of his posts are T's now
