First off, I'd just like to suggest getting a bit of a thicker skin. It's the internet, man. People will say crap, but getting offended does nothing.

I had no idea you had a deviantART, and I don't think any of the forum does either. With mods you've got to cater to an audience, and with that it's generally content over art.

Best Artist: I do agree, you are amazing, but for the most part, you don't display it that much on the forums.
Everyone knows Jorichi as the artist. (and you don't draw ponies)

Looking at your deviantART, you do have some really good art. This "contest" was only 3 days long. I think it had good intentions, but it seemed more of a popularity contest than a contest towards the actual categories. I'd say not let it hurt you so much, I wasn't even mentioned at all and I don't care. You are a good member of the forums, one of the best here in my opinion, just don't let people's thoughts affect you so much
