I have a Pentium D and 1 GB of RAM DDR2 and intel video card but when I crete new levels the game slowdowns

what kind of intel ? HD or gma ? plus how many vram does your card have ? and what OS are on ?

Intel G41 Express Chipset. My operating system is Windows 7.

Mari0 should work fine . try to update your GPU's driver . and close background application while you're at it . if you run toomany apps at the same time it may slowdown system .
