Assistance would be appreciated.
I run Mari0. The menu loads, and I can edit options and whatnot. I can choose a mappack. However, when I try to open the Level Editor or 1 Player Game, it crashes. The standard Windows "Send error report?" box comes up with the heading "Mari0 1.6 has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."
If I close from the menu using the Red X, I get: "The instruction at "0x00396396" referenced memory at "0x0153b3d0". The memory could not be "read". Click on OK to terminate the program."
I just downloaded the latest version of Mari0, 1.6.
The problem is not present in other games (RimShot, ShootHookers).
I am running on MS Windows XP Professional 32-bit SP2
I have the other specs, just not sure if they're relevant.
I do not have a screenshot of the errors; I'm not sure how to do it.
I have not seen errors like this in other threads. I have, however, seen people complaining about XP. Please keep in mind that I have flawlessly run Mari0 on other XP computers (no specs available). Switching my OS is not an option; I detest Vista and 7.
In advance, thank you.
Mari0 crashes

First, update to Service pack 3. Then, post your hardware specs. GPU would be most relevant, though you should post all.
If you know how, also update graphics drivers.
