Problems finging the 'mappack' folder

I looked through all the topics about problems with the custom music, but I can't seem to find the location of the mappack folder. All I find in the Mari0 folder is 3 .dll files I can't open, the readme.txt file, and the application itself. I use a PC, does that have anything to do with it?
