Thoughts:

1. I love how they just stare blankly at Twilight. XD
2. That is SOOO STAGED. Don't even PRETEND to be bad at flying, Twilight, we all saw you fly off the balcony in the season finale really well.
3. Especially funny with Rainbow Dash's blank stare because this is probably something she could help her with.
4. It's even funnier with Pinkie Pie, I think this is the first time I ever saw her NOT react to something.
5. Watch Twilight's expression the whole time. Priceless!
6. Fluttershy is now a bigger background pony than AppleJack.
7. We all know that Twilight would have just read a book about flying if she really wanted to do it, this is obviously fake.

I wish I could draw ponies better.. I usually mess up real bad if I don't copy it and just recolor it. xD
Do you guys have any tips? Also I would like to know what you people are using to draw and how exactly do you do it? I mean like, do you just do the shading manually or with the gradient tool (at least how I do it sometimes on Photoshop).

I have a feeling S4 will be fine, great even, to make up for the fizzling end of S3. I'm just a little skeptical, you never know what could happen.

Season finale was way too short considering all the shit that went down. Though from what I recall it's sort of a "3-parter", making it closely connect to first 2 episodes of season 4.

Hopefully they'll avoid doing too much fanservice because that would just kill off whatever cultural significance it has longterm wise.

A lot of cartoons these days seem to be suffering because even the bigger plots still get limited to the length of a regular episode. Like every major Adventure Time plot.

And the idea of just going through a day/more of a higschool teenager is a bit average. Also, I don't think Rainbow Dash would hug Twilight for any reason I can think of.

Also, they wanted ponies at the beggining, why start making humans?

So they'll take what made FIM a legitimately good show and take it away to make a more generic girl's cartoon.

Makes sense for Hasbro to try and expand into the demographic they wanted to get in the first place. I just hope it doesn't end up being completely stupid and leaking its stupid into FIM as well. The FIM writers already started doing fanservice and it's a bit concerning for the future. It could just end up going from IT Crowd level quality to Big Bang Theory level of polar opposite of quality.

Also thought this, then remembered that a magical land of ponies, unicorns and flying ponies sounds dumb until you see what they've done with it.
I've only seen the first season but it was about human relationships at it's core. Turning them human for a bit logically makes no difference.
Also though... yeah. Looks generic.
Still probably gonna see it.
