Does anyone remember that Maurice guy?
(from last page) It's interesting that the site's still getting so many visits. Proves that even a "dead" game is still immortal on the internet.

I have an idea on how to create bouncy mushrooms with animated tiles! If I had a computer, I would go try it out. Anyway, how are things going?
Also, I can't be the only one that thinks Spring Man's hair looks like toothpaste, right?

Is there a Megaman mod that replaces the "Man" in all the names with "Knight"?

Imagine the realization when we found out we could've easily released Mari0 a week later just to do Mar. 10FuriousHedgehog wrote:Look it's Mar/10/2017

It's sad that all posts have come down to are two comments in the chat room per day and scolding people for bumping ancient threads

Well one option is to completely lock it down from posting and unlock it when we post some new update, but I don't think that's really a good way of handling anything. Everyone has some other community as their "main" one, while this is STYS specific.

It's mostly because there are different sites for the community to be in contact, be it discord, the steam group and the IRC chat. When the forums started those weren't pretty common, so all the conversation, showcasing and fooling around happened here. Now the art thread has no replies because we have the #creative channel in discord, same for sprites, the avatar thread isn't really relevant because people don't change their avatars here too often.
This add to the fact that people aren't doing more mods or mappacks, or characters or hats. And we haven't done any forum event, or made a thread for a recent topic (like in the mfgg forums).
We could make a mappack contest, or sprite/drawing/tiles contest, that may increase the activity a bit, guess.

We did all kind of hole up on the Discord server, didn't we? That's a bit of a problem.

also lets keep in mind that the forum originally got popular from a couple of fan games. the only thing keeping this forum together was community, and then the discord came aroundSquidish wrote:It's sad that all posts have come down to are two comments in the chat room per day and scolding people for bumping ancient threads
i dont think people should be upset at others for thread bumping. they should be happy the forum has new souls to ruin.

Once we rely on something, the old "process" slowly disappears.
Then when we want to come back to it, it's no longer there. It's "gone".

Guys, the US withdrew funding for the United Nations Population Fund. Apparently it's because the US is now fully against funding things that support abortion. Do you guys know of any other news?

So, what are your thoughts on the new Nintendo Direct? Splatoon 2 horde mode, a metric fuckton of new games, amiibo stuff, and the best thing yet:
