Opps, my bad. I've been using that "a" for awhile now/just using a regular a period. I'll fix it.TurretBot wrote:3/10Mariofan064 wrote:Sáso

Yes.Mariofan064 wrote:Also, a forum suggestion:[/u][/b] Can the forums font be changed to Roboto one day?
Federation Force is too Chibi, and will be a solid Game, just not a solid Metroid Game, Kirby Hype, and Sticker Star 2.0Mariofan064 wrote:
Here's to hoping the leaks weren't real...
EDIT:
I'll be honest. The only time I got out of my chair and screamed (literally) was when they announced EarthBound and other SNES games for new3DS Virtual Console. I mean, the new Kirby Game looks nice. The only Kirby games I liked in these recent years where Epic Yarn and Kirby's Adventure for the Wii. Wasn't a fan of Mass Attack, and wasn't a fan of Kirby Triple Deluxe. Maybe this new one will be good, but I don't know.MagicPillow wrote:This was a pretty good direct.
I mean, it did have Kirby, after all.
Also did I mention Kirby?
Maybe that's it. I don't know. I didn't get into the Super Mario Galaxy series until I played SMG2.Defiant Shout wrote:Maybe the controls were more intuitive, or it was finally worth it once they also got to learn how to 'mon. Who knows. People are idiots.

Of course, standalone lua doesn't have any of those (unfortunately), but if you use the LÖVE2D engine they're available.HugoBDesigner wrote:you get all the LÖVE callbacks
Another good tip, and I'm just saying these for anyone in the same position as Liz here;jumpinglizard wrote:Okay, i think i will learn
Lua, then python, then javascript.
I'm only using Lua as an example. Breaking down the thing you wanna learn helps. Also choosing a single thing to learn in a pool of similar things is quite a limiting idea. With all of the languages out there, it wouldn't hurt to have a finger in each one.rokit wrote:imo don't listen to them.

Fool me once - I'm mad. Fool me twice - How could you? Fool me three times - You're officially that guy, okay? You know him, you know the one. You go to the bar and he's like, "This suit is a— officially— it's a Giorgio Armani. Actually, m'dad knows him!" FUCK YOU! ♪ I AAAAAAAAAAIIIIIN'T HAVIN' THAT SHIT! ♪MagicPillow wrote:Oh wait, it was a metaphor.
The thing about Lua that I wanted to convey is that it's simpler to get going. I mean, don't get me wrong, Javascript is much better and once you learn it it's easier to get to other languages, but in my opinion, coding is more about getting your head around the logic and the thought process that goes into the coding, and not the "formatting" or "syntaxing" of it. Lua, in my opinion, is much simpler because you rarely have to do stuff like defining variables or setting functions as public or private. You want a string? var = "string". Need it to become a number? var = 10. Is this number an integer or a floating point number? Neither, it's just a number (which in my opinion is easier for starters, not needing to worry whether a number is an int or float or double, etc).rokit wrote:imo don't listen to them.
if you learnt javascript, you wouldn't really need to learn the other 2 as much.
Did I mention how much I hate English?
Oh, boy, i've seen a case like this before, we got an english exam after learning about determiners, there was a question about writing "a" or "an" before some words, and for some reason it's " a University" and not " an University" and we all were like WTF, and the teaches goes like "bitches it's a special situation", and we're all like "you didn't even fucking say", and she was like "u mad, bruh?" and she didn't give extra points because we didn't magically know about this special case of the wonderful english language.

Why do we need the letter C? It only steals the sounds from s and k.
Why do we need the letter F when we have Ph?

Last night was especially fun because of the tornado warnings. I'm surprised there haven't been any outages yet.
