Currently designing another version of the villain from just shapes and beats ( He doesn't seem to have a name, but the small, estranged community around this game on places like deviant art has christened it Boss (based on the healthbar from the final boss), Fresh (after the first boss' theme) and Blixer (don't know why he's sometimes called that).

If I create anything from JS&B in Mario it would be the spike walls that appear in termination shock, seen in this gif of a youtube video I could also see the corrupted plant enemies as individual moves, but animating them properly would be torture, due to everything being a moving part.
