I really like your animated avatars. I would hate to miss those.
Why not make them for fun and post them all over this topic (maybe as free to use avatars or something)?
As for requests you can simply just choose which ones you would like to do (if you get flooded you just can't make every request).

Weird, invert the colours of that particular rainbow and you get blue, blue, blue purple orange, and a faded sort of greenish yellow.

Renhoek, do you think you can make the portals in my avatar move down. Just taking the pixels and when they go off the bottom putting them back up. If you can, make Ozuma's eyes blink when the portals are halfway down. If you can't do it(or won't) I will try(he suck's at spriting) and do my best(he won't).

It's simple. When you make the frame, you have to remove the background (use PAINT.NET or equivalent) and save it as a PNG. When all of the frames are put together, the entire animation will be transparent.

unFREEz 2.1 if I remember correctly... Not sure if it'll allow transparency though.
