The ^>v game was also a spammy forum game with little to no discussion. So you can't accurately compare it to the chat room, where actual conversation (mostly) happens.Turret Opera wrote:the ^<v game had like, 1000 pages. 100 is nothing.
Well, you got it. It's a joke for smart people.Camewel wrote:He was making a y2k joke, put instead of y (year) 2k (2000), he's using that we'll soon be on p (page) 1c (100) of the Chat Room,
It's a pretty shit joke if it needs this much explanation.
Wait, wait..Camewel wrote:Sašo will lock the topic and Jony will die.
Are we the same person or something because I also wanted to say that but I thought it was a cliché?Camewel wrote:I would say "Great minds think alike" but it's too cliché and pretty arrogant.
I once had a weed trip (unfortunately I seem to be in the 1% that has bad weed trips) so bad that I genuinely thought I had figured out the meaning of life, but it was meaningless and dumb and that made me depressed for weeks. Then the exact same thing happened again and I'm still pretty bummed. My point is, get over it, pussy.HAPPYFACES wrote:Let's make the most of them.
Anybody else have issues with stress or depression with no correlation to this website and its shortcomings?

I'm wondering why you are asking this (or did I miss something?). So it makes me assume that you have issues with stress and/or depression... What has got you down?HAPPYFACES wrote:Anybody else have issues with stress or depression with no correlation to this website and its shortcomings?
If you think I meant by 'below average' on a global scale, then I think you are retarded. There are way too many people to compare yourself to and there are always people who will surpass you (most likely Asians). It's inevitable.penguin321 wrote:Just going to leave this here to set the mood:

Still worried about them social issues?
Still want to be an "Abstract Artist" when you grow up?
Still want to do those drugs and damage yourself for a short moment of social attention?
It's a hobby, not my fucking job. I do it for as long as I want, for as long as I will enjoy it.penguin321 wrote: Still want to be an "Abstract Artist" when you grow up?
i wasn't responding to you lol.Jorichi wrote:If you think I meant by 'below average' on a global scale, then I think you are retarded. I meant it on the base of what I would be satisfied with myself, it works really dis-motivating.

By this logic you may as well just stab yourself. (aka you have shit logic)penguin321 wrote:Just going to leave this here to set the mood:

What's the fault with this logic?Camewel wrote: By this logic you may as well just stab yourself. (aka you have shit logic)

SOMEBODY RECODE THE FORUM!
It kind of did feel like it was directed to me and Raicuparta because of last two lines.penguin321 wrote: i wasn't responding to you lol.
No offence ment.
As for the artist part.
I actually don't mind when people do abstract art as a hobby.
Its when people do is as a "job" is what gets me.
Well, that's really the problem in what I'm doing. I love drawing and modeling (or perhaps graphical work in general), but I never manage to do it for a long time. I tend to work on it a day or two, then I get distracted or I lose motivation to continue. Then I won't get back to it for several days (sometimes). But big parts of my motivation comes from doing these things for people who like it/want it/need it. It probably doesn't really make sense, I guess...Camewel wrote: Jorichi, what you really need is to find something you're motivated to do. Not something you're good at. If you really love, say, playing an instrument, but you're really bad at it, do it anyway. Doing something you don't like just because you're good at it is an awful habit, doing something you love even though you're bad at it is a good habit. If you really love doing it, you'll spend so much time doing it that eventually you'll start getting good, and this will only motivate you more, until you're really, really good.
Not hobbies.Qcode wrote:Saying "Your life's are all meaningless" isn't the greatest way to start a discussion anyway.
Also being a dick about art and hobbies doesn't help.
