If you like the wallpaper, here it is. http://i.imgur.com/eA08VGm.png
It isn't high quality, because I made it for myself. But, you may use it. :)

First thing on it is Roblox. At least have something /decent/ in the first position, like CCleaner. Or maybe don't have desktop icons, and leave the start menu to ruin the aesthetic.Turtley3 wrote:http://i.cubeupload.com/6ALgPA.png Linking because it's too big.... My new desky!

I don't know what you mean by flavour, but if you mean the theme, it is the normal Windows XP theme.Kexaihami wrote:What flavour of XP is that?Mari0Maker wrote:http://i.imgur.com/DJFvffj.png

I've never heard of TinyXP, and I think I know what you mean by Ultimate Edition (Professional, Home)Kexaihami wrote:I realize. I'm talking about TinyXP, Ultimate Edition, etc etc.
I looked up TinyXP, and it didn't give much information about it. All I saw really was a Pirate Bay link. What is it?

From your desktop, you helped me quite a bit by presenting GraphicsGale. Stuff is so much easier to make now...Mari0Maker wrote: Also, updated my desktop again.http://i.imgur.com/bjG1wad.png

I actually found that on LOVE2D's website, and when I opened it, it looked too confusing, so I just uninstalled it. :Pimaginary cake wrote:From your desktop, you helped me quite a bit by presenting GraphicsGale. My new desktop with Kirito from Sword Art Online.

I know it's kind off a bump, but maybe some of you changed your desktop.
Anyways, for those who don't know what Sword Art Online is, here have a link:

Warning!: Sometimes it gets more romantic than expected (no seriously, I never expected it to be THAT cheesy)

I change the background every few months, but I might just keep this one. It looks very simple and has good quality.

Not a desktop, but a desktop-related thing:
if userreading.makesOwnDesktopBackgrounds and userreading.os == "xp" then
_____local desktopquad = love.graphics.newQuad(0, 0, 1024, 768, 1024, 768)
_____local desktopgrid = love.graphics.newImage("C:/Documents and Settings/desktopgrid.png")
_____love.graphics.drawq(desktopgrid, desktopquad, 0, 0, 0, 1, 1)
end
Jokes aside, if you make your own desktop backgrounds (as I do) and you Operation System is Windows XP, and if your screen is 1024x768 (if not the dimensions should be the same, except that there'd be more "squares" in the grid), then this'll be really useful for you (I just made this 'cause I couldn't find any decent grid on Google)...
Image's description:
■ = File's icon
■ and ■ = File's description text
■, ■ and ■ = Background
■ = Start menu's bar
EDIT: I decided to make a real grid (for users that don't care really much about file's icon size or file's name):
EDIT 2: Since this is a "Post your desktop" topic, here's mine:
Made that in... let's say... 30 minutes. Made after the grid image I made.
if userreading.makesOwnDesktopBackgrounds and userreading.os == "xp" then
_____local desktopquad = love.graphics.newQuad(0, 0, 1024, 768, 1024, 768)
_____local desktopgrid = love.graphics.newImage("C:/Documents and Settings/desktopgrid.png")
_____love.graphics.drawq(desktopgrid, desktopquad, 0, 0, 0, 1, 1)
end
Image's description:

■ and ■ = File's description text
■, ■ and ■ = Background
■ = Start menu's bar

That's neat. But the way the grid looks is kinda... weird
Also that Start button seems too MSPaint to be real, even though it could be
Also what is wrong with that 2 folders at the bottom??
