This is just for public reference. I should just use cloudflare to block scrapers at this point, but manually making the numbers drop is its own fun.
This is not a comprehensive or authoritative list of any sort, just a result of angrily looking up CIDRs.
There are probably duplicate entries since they were added on random occasions when the server became unreachable due to strain.
Use at your own risk. Probably blocks a sizeable percentage of the entire internet, including VPNs.
