I was fine with the FBI and INTERPOL spying on us, but I fear things have taken a turn for the worse.

I keep seeing all these posts and going "I don't remember making this" and then I realise.
I didn't.
EDIT: Just realized this could be interpreted as being related to the ongoing illuminati investigation, when, in fact, I was referring to PrincessMurderer.

I said this before (not here though), but I'm still VERY skeptic about HoloLens. Concept videos are great... for creating expectation and ruining the experience later.

Honestly. I think they can do it. If you look at the demo it's buggy as hell but it's basically ARQuake's technology plus real time 3d mapping from the kinect.
I mean the demos look about as accurate as the kinect anyhow.
Link about ARQuake from 2006:

Also yeah, it's Augmented Reality. If you want to sell people holograms,
make holograms.
Pepper's ghost doesn't count either.

Kitty0706 passed away on the 25th.
For those who doesn't know who he is, he was a great Garry's Mod animator, known since 2007. He was a source of inspiration for dozen of commonly-knew SFM and Gmod animators. He battled against Leukemia for many years, only to lose. I knew him
(not personally) since I was 10 years old.
Here is a video of his, and my favorite. Enjoy.
Rest in peace. You will be missed.

You should edit those names out before more people see it and the other person sees it and screams at you.
Did no one tell you to never post your real name on the internet when you were younger?

Nathan Holt. Some people might just refer to me as Nathan. I refer to bman as Bryan, as that's his name, and I've known him forever.

I see Amiibos as... extra unnecessary DLC for a video games. It's a total scam. They knew it would be a success because kids at the age 5 LOVE toys, and Hardcore collectors LOVE to waste money on anything with a Nintendo logo...
...and thats how I ran out of money in 3 days.

I see absolutely nothing wrong with Amiibo as of current. They add extra content that has no impact on the games if you don't use them.
Smash Bros. 4 is probably the only one that uses them the most, since Amiibo Fighters, but without them, Smash is still smash. They're just AI you "train".
Other games just give you things for using them:
-Hyrule warriors = free gear you could get from normal gameplay
-Mario Kart 8 = New Mii-only suits that don't change anything
-Captain Toad = hidden toad sprites
It's like the definition of DLC that's good: Extra content that doesn't change the game a whole lot if you don't buy it.
And since you only need 1 Amiibo to use them for many games, it's meaning you get DLC for many games with a single $12 purchase. Hell, Mario Party 10 will let you use both Smash-style Amiibo or the upcoming Party-style Amiibo, so you only need to buy 1 Mario if you want content for both games.

Only problem I have with the amiibo is that I have to erase some data on them for Mario party 10 which is a huuuuuge deal for me.

So, I just released a new video (Minecraft tutorial, something I thought I'd never do):
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ROrtm3Z5yDU
Not so much of a shameless self-promotion because I wanted to tell MM102: I'm using the logo you made me for my new intro (standalone intro:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w0n2B-iAOY4 )
I hope that's fine for you (it most likely is).
