How do I get out of 1-4? The warp "pipe" get me back to 1-1.

For your sake, I'd just edit it in the editor, but I fixed the problem.

If you give me a tileset that I can use to create atmosphere, I'll look into it, but for now, it's staying bland.
That was the whole point anyway, to not rely on purdy grownds, and actually have good levels.

Review:
Gameplay 10/10 - The puzzles were amazing! I like the puzzle including the button placed on the ? blocks.
Graphics 8/10 - I like the idea of the mappack to not feature any "fancy graphics", but make good level design. Either way the graphics are still great.
Music 9/10 - It was an 8-bit remix of a song from Super Metroid. Reminds me of the first time I played SM :) (First Metroid game I ever played. Also the best IMO)
Overall9/10 - It was fun. Had some glitches, but made up for it with the original puzzles and awesome music. Great job Turret :D

If you want a tileset that's "bland", I can always recommend one of my custom colors tile sets, and just use one color for each level.

1-1 Nice idea.
1-2 Uh, it's hard to leave the floor button at the right time (not too soon or the spikey can't get on the button, not too late or you get hurt by the spikey). Original.
1-3 Original.
1-4 Just a transition. You should put a puzzle here.

2-1 How are we supposed to know what to do?
2-2 I don't really know what's the puzzle here . I can pass the fireball pit with portals, then, I portal-climb the wall. The red laser is useless.
2-3 Good.
2-4 So, here, I have to kill myself at the red laser to reappear at the checkpoint ? And why do you put a button to disable the laser when I can just use portals?

3-1 Easy. Why did you put coins and a mushroom in the portal tiles? It's useless, I can't pick them up. Having to remember that structures that look like pipes can behave like pipes is original.
3-2 Not 100% original (I think I saw that kind of challenge in "Test it"), but I like it.
3-3 Easy.
3-4 Springs are fun, and I think they deserve to be more used. But the warp pipe bring you to World -1 .

4-1 I like that. Some plain platforming is relaxing.
4-2 Original and fun.
4-3 I think you should put a pit or a red laser, to reset the level, in case I accidentally kill the koopa.
4-4 I like that, because there is many ways to finish the level. You can break the block under the laser with a koopa shell, or portal-jump above the limit.

5-1 Original idea, but it could be harder.
5-2 That puzzle is simple, but the level feel empty.
5-3 Good.
5-4 You spawn in a wall.

6-1 Oh, reversed levels. this one is easy.
6-2 Nice. you have to think with the boxes.
6-3 The first time falling through a hole don't kill you. Easy.
6-4 Too hard. You should move up the platform spawner. (Why do you have a "6-4background1.png" in the mappack that is exactly like the default background?)

7-1 Oh, here, nice idea.
7-2 The delay is too long, and I didn't understand that the right wall was a pipe.
7-3 Here, you can portal to the left to escape the "laser tunnel". Like this.
7-4 Impossible, there is no exit.

8-1 Not hard. It's not really challenging.
8-2 Not too easy, but not too hard.
8-3 Not hard.
8-4 Here, you don't have to use the gel dispenser : you can just place a portal on the [?] Pipe, and one on the white gel.

0-1 Great. Having an impossible situation like this then using a star feel oddly satisfying.
0-2 So, here, I just have to portal-climb the wall?
0-3 Easy.
0-4 You can just do an infinite portal loop to land . Otherwise, hard, but with the mushroom I got from 0-1, that wasn't a problem.

M-1 Easy.
M-2 You can just go to the left to skirt the goomba.
M-3 Not too hard, but not too easy. I like it.
M-4 Too easy.

9-1 Hard, but fun.

Graphics:4/10 (The portal background don't fit well with Smb tiles.I like SJB's idea to use one color per level)
Music: 6/10 (It's good, but it get repetitive after a while)
Level design: 6/10 (Sometimes it's good(4-1), sometimes it's awful(2-1), sometimes you're exploiting good ideas.(7-1))
Overall : sin(30°) (5/10)
This mappack lack polishing, testing and feel like you've been trying to publish this ASAP. But there is some really good, originals puzzles .

I thought I added a warpzone to 3-4,
and on 1-4 I forgot to remove a spawn point I used while I decided how the transitions would go.
I might change some of these tests, but on 7-4 you're suppose to spawn in a wall.
I was going to use more music, but only two of the defaults actually fit.
World 2 was checkpoint puzzles. You're supposed to die, but there's an alternate way.
Updated with tiny amounts of your suggestions, automatik.

I have no idea what I'm supposed to be doing in 2-4. I keep trying to die at the checkpoint, but I can't find a way to do so.

Off-topic: Mediafire direct links don't work that way.

okay ill switch the one in the op
in 2-4, you have to  jump on the block to your left, and wait for the enemies get to a place wher you can jump on them to get to the laser.
