UPDATE POST :

Version 1.7's out. I added :
  • A correction on the SMB mappack (on 4-1_1, the ? block should be a brick block),
  • And a fly mode for the BTTF cheat (see here)

It's uploading right now.

I use this mod daily. It's pretty much a NEEDED MOD. I love it! Can't wait for the flagpole thingy!

Also, I'm glad it's one of the mods that is still in progress.

Yes.

Also, I will add the SMB2J 1up flag trick (when the 2 digits of the coin count are the same as the last digit of the timer, you get a 1up) in another cheat

If you don't know, I already made a time travel cheat, the Back To The Future cheat.

Also, the mod "Thinking with Time machine" is one of the things that gave me the idea to make this cheat. The other ones are :

TWTM is completely different. You press R and Q to start/stop recording, and then when you press F another "you" appears, does the same thing as your recording, then disappears. The other "you" is also collidable (but only on the top), has it's own portals, and can grab/drop cubes.

It sounds soooo easy to code for you, but it's not. (Mostly the "own portals" thing)

Plus two cheats that are time travel related is probably too much.

Sorry for being absent so long, but I was working on project for school (maybe I'll upload it when it'll be done...).

But I just added some extra animations. Basicly, if you are making a portal mappack, and you use animations to finish the level, you need one animation per level finish. But not anymore, because I've worked on it ...



I also just figured that all the flagpole code was ... in mario.lua, and not in game.lua, this is also why the mod wasn't really worked on.

Hopefully it'll be finished soon ;-).

P.S. : I plan on adding  a secret feature  in a future update.

Don't see any permission stuff. Plus I did it the same way for the "Better Editor" mod, and nobody complained.

Because Better Editor was given permission to be put in other's mods. If it doesn't say "You can put this in your mod", you most likely CAN'T use it.

Okay, it won't be added. I'll have to reemplement stuff I added in the files thought.

Anyway, I have to continue the  secret feature  coding. For people who still don't know what it is about, here is a clue.

It's like something that's been implemented since Super Mario World, that is still in the games nowadays and that I think very useful.

HUGE BUMP OF THE DEATH (because of progress update) :

Profile menu now looks better (wait, did I just spoiled myself? Oh, well...)

It also has the SMW title screen music. The mod (Even Moar Stuff) will soon be released, and btw Extra Stuff Mod won't longer be updated.

Have you decided what it will do yet? I was thinking maybe each profile will have it's own map packs and settings and when making a map pack it would automatically put your username as the author.

Yes, it will put your profile's name as a mappack author, have it's own keyconfig, player colors/chars, as well as reached worlds and high score.
Also, it will celebrate your birthday with a cake ;).

Here are things I added to the mod :

  • Difficulty levels (Easy, Normal and Hard) :

It's been a real while since I posted here (more than a year). That's because I was really busy, but I think it's time for a

Progress update:

So the features I have added to EvenMoarStuff are:

  • Minecraft mode
    Like in 1.6, but blocks render 3d, multiple tiles with the same id will merge (to avoid FPS drop), and you have a full inventory.

    In case you're wondering, this is done using meshes.
    Used in conjunction with the Minecraft skin mode.

  • SMB3/SMW goals
    Do I need to explain what they do?

  • Custom Coin/Block debris (also I show the custom blocks)
    Customize everything in the world (maybe you wanna remake another game or something)

    Yeah I know I'm bad at making tiles

  • Hook-able scripts
    Make your mappacks more "alive" by scripting the levels (you could remake WarioWare or something)
    Load/Unload them with the animation system.

  • Sequencer
    One input, multiple outputs in order. Made with two entities, "sequencerin" and "sequencerout"

Well, for SMB3, I don't know what to do. But for SMW, it will award points for crossing the tape (like in the original game).

I also want to finalize a bit more some of the other features first, because they still have a few bugs.

And I also appreciate that people still have interest in my mod, even after I've been missing for over a year.

Only Mario is afected right now... Also bad physics 'cause I can't code physics

Upper conveyor graphics are based on a SMB1 hack called Super Mario Bros Automatic by Fai Soft (only site where I found it).
Lower ones are based on Super Mario Maker (I think this one is obvious), ripped by Random Talking Bush on TheSpritersResource (here).

You can select the direction, speed, graphical style and width of the conveyor via right-click menu.
