Chat "Room" v2
He has to be OP in some form. When I'm the only Rosalina in an online match going against at least 3 Metal Marios, there's something wrong there. I've never seen a room with more than 2 of any given character other than Metal Mario. (Or Miis, but they don't count.) And this happens way too often.MM102 wrote:fixed*imaginary cake wrote: That's exactly why I love him.
He's OP
(okay maybe he is not completely unbalanced but you get my point)
Off topic, I see that Camewel and Turret are banned again. This made me wonder who has been banned the most on this forum without ever being permabanned. I kind of want to see a chart on that or something.

He's not OP actually. Even if he is a small heavyweight, his karts are still going to be the same size, and are bound to have the same stats.
I mean sure you can't go in a single online match without there being at least a single Metal Mario, but that's pretty much the same thing with Miis. Maybe a lot of people just like the fact of a heavyweight Mario.

while were at it lets add...
(imho, I have no problem with the characters there choosing for the most part)

I vote for Mario, Luigi, Yoshi, Toad, Rosalina and Peech.MM102 wrote:while were at it lets add...
Yeah, my next choice would be Rosalina because not a lot of people play as her.idiot9.0 wrote: He has to be OP in some form. It annoys me too that there isn't greater character diversity online.

Finish it in Normal with the Best ending, and also in Hard mode then you can consider the game done.Flutter Skye wrote:I'm so happy.

I finished it on Normal with the best ending. And completed the Sanctuary without any life pots.
I can never get the best ending...

She probably just can't complete The Blood Stained Sanctuary.
Because of his post with the tiny text, if I'm not mistaken. Multiple people got banned for that.SauloFX wrote:Why is turretbot banned?
About Cave Story... other than optional enhanced HD graphics and additional modes, is there any difference between the "plus" version on steam and the original version, gameplay-wise? The main game is identical, or it has some adjustment like...dunno, better controls, rebalanced exp/weapon system, etc?
On an unrelated note, do any of you guys playing TF2 care for and/or use ALL the TF2 items you have?

Now that you mention it, I don't think there is many differences. I know there is a new area in CS 3D, but not in CS+. There are easy and hard difficulties though.TheSeek wrote:About Cave Story... other than optional enhanced HD graphics and additional modes, is there any difference between the "plus" version on steam and the original version, gameplay-wise? And I used to play TF2, but I don't anymore. I have no use for my items, so you can have them if you want. No idea what I got though.
Nothing gameplay wise changed. It's really only cosmetics that changed, plus an "official" translation. The "fan" translation of the original doesn't match up 100% compared to CS+.TheSeek wrote:About Cave Story... other than optional enhanced HD graphics and additional modes, is there any difference between the "plus" version on steam and the original version, gameplay-wise? It's really HD Graphics, 2 versions of remastered music, and the additional few challenge modes.
It's still a fantastic game and I'd actually recommend "Plus" over the original if you can afford it.
On the topic of Mario Kart, I enjoyed Yoshi Valley and agree it should make a return.

Just out of curiosity, has anyone else here watched Kill la Kill? If so did anyone like it?

Hmm I didn't know Google had a SauloFX rule. I didn't even know google had rules aside from the terms of service.
I just realized that my previous post was kinda stupid.
But other related news includes GBA titles on the Wii U.
I bought/downloaded Mario and Luigi: Superstar Saga, and when the game booted up, it showed the flashy Gameboy Advance boot-up screen, then proceeded to display 'Gameboy Player'.
The thing is, the Gameboy Player was an add-on to the Gamecube to play GBA games- and at that point, I realized that this wasn't just a GBA emulator, it was a Gamecube emulator running a GBA emulator, a sign of at least some value to the Gamecube Games on the Virtual Console some day.
This gives me hope.
(That being said, I play all of my Gamecube games on my Gamecube that I still happen to have, so I'm set for that system.)

I don't know if I should check it out since I'm not really into animes. (or dem mangos)
Well I'll check it out if I ever get the chance.
Also I'm passing on the gba virtual console titles as I think it's bull shit how they have not included multiplayer functionality.
I would have rather had it delayed than being released without it's full potential being finished.
Here's an example of what they could have done.

note: I don't actually watch this guy I only chose this video because it was the first one that came up when I searched for an example.

Incorrect, the game boy player does support multiplayer, take a look above the game socket and you'll see a multiplayer socket port... And also supports game cube connectivity for some reason.imaginary cake wrote:I don't think that the Gameboy Player (on the Gamebube) supported multiplayer, and thus the emulation doesn't either.
Multiplayer GBA titles are just one of the things I guess I'll never experience.
But that's not my point they could have done something similar to what sega did for the sonic game gear re release multiplayer titles.
If an almost 10 year old console can play two 90's emulated systems at the same time,
I'm sure with the technology in the wii u it would be possible. (also the gba cables were a pain in the ass to use and when they do work there was a chance it'd disconnect and you'd have to start over again)
But I suppose if you're okay with paying for something and never being able to use the features that it was mainly intended for (see Kirby and the amazing mirror, Mario kart super circuit, and f-zero) That's okay too...

Do you guys know about the ghost glitch? It let you go through walls, you need to be big mario, then make a wall with the weight that you want, leave a block missing in the down part from the left, start running then crouch, you will slide, now you will be facing the wall, look behind you then release down button, you will go through the wall.

I have a really important question:
When a Macbook Pro runs out of battery, does it close the private windows?
Or, better:
When a Macbbook Pro has it's battery pulled out, are the windows closed?
Can someone please try this out, for the life of me?
I was using someone else's laptop to do something when the battery ran out, and I couldn't log back into their account.

I'm pretty sure that when you pull the battery out of a Macbook Pro the thing loses all power and shuts down therefore closing out the everything.
Exactly what do you mean by "private windows"?
