Lakitus dont't reappear after a checkpoint ?

I'm creating a map, but I put a Lakitu, I see it when I do the level at the first time, but if I die and I reappear on the checkpoint, the Lakitu disappear D:
What am I doing incorrectly ? It's maybe a glitch, but I may did a mistake.

If the lakitu was on the same screen as the checkpoint when mario is continuing from the checkpoint because he died, then it won't spawn.
