game issue

I downloaded the latest love enigne and the latest version of mari0
but when I start the game it says; mari0 isn't working anymore and should be closed.
Löve gives the same error.
these are my stats, can you help me?
windows 7
intel core i7 1.73GHz
ATI Radeon HD 5730 VRAM 1GB
memory 4GB

Do other stabyourself games like Ortho Robot and Not Tetris 2 produce the same result? Are your graphics drivers up to date?

yes they do but Ortho robot has worked in the past

I updated my drivers, that f*cked up my resolutions but i could play the game...
