Is it possible to play mari0 with a classic mode? Just 4 player non portal/non mindcraft/non gel cannon?

Unfortunately, no. There's a 1.6 mod called [urlp://forum.stabyourself.net/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=3096]SMB+[/url[ that lets you do it, and since SE has the no portalgun option on level creation, it may be easy to mod that in.
