Problems with opening map pack folder.

I appear to be experiencing problems with opening the map pack folder. When I select the map pack and press "M", as instructed to do, a Command Prompt opens and closes very quickly. I would like to know why this is happening. Also, if anyone can't solve it, but has the default Super Mario Bros map pack folder, could you please send me it? Thank you for any help.

A quicker way (in my opinion) is to open the Run window (if you're on Windows). Just press the Windows button+R (or open the start menu and click "Run"). If you're on Windows 7/8, you can also run commands via search bar.
Type in "%appdata%" (without quotes) and hit enter. Then, search for the "LOVE" folder, go to "mari0" and "mappacks". Then, place/remove/edit your mappacks as you want. If you're playing on beta Mari0:SE, the folder's name will be "mari0_se", but the rest is the same.
