I would use this in my mappack I'm doing, I'm making new enemies, tiles, animated tiles etc...
and I wanted to achieve two things: cars (to drive and be an enemy) and new power ups.
can someone help me do this? :)

Power-ups can be created. Here's some examples:

viewtopic.php?p=91234#p91234
If you want to make more complex power-ups, you'll have to use triggers and animations, otherwise, those two above will probably give you a general idea on how to make them. I know that Flutter Skye has made some power-ups from Super Mario Galaxy that are pretty complicated, so you could talk to him about it.

As for something you can control, that's not possible. You could make something like it that would move in a straight line or something simple, but you wouldn't have control on where it would move, how fast it could go, etc.

We'll you CAN make fireballs do other things, (such as freeze enemies) but you can't have more than 1 powerup.
