Better Super Mario Bros. 3 Mario and Luigi! Luigi has a throwing sprite, the gif didn't include the frame.

Both are colorable, have 4 set colors for each player (not that it matters since multiplayer is mostly broken), and fire colors. Luigi isn't just a Mario recolor, I recolored the All-Stars sprites. Climbing sprites are centered like SMB3 is, running loops properly, everything is centered right, all that stuff. I was going to add Luigi's flutter jump thing, but since the physics can't change, there's not really any point.

There isn't currently any Portal gun sprites

I Just don't like the fire flower colors,they turn mario and luigi very red,but still a nice job!

Turret: The only NES SMB3 I saw was Turtley's and it does this stuff, so. If you're implying I just modified someone else's, I did these all from scratch aside from using the Sonic character as a base, which I party made myself, too

Well, Turtley's sucks. It's a known fact. So I guess wanting a SMB3 Mario that's actually good in any way, shape, or form is fine. You pass there.
But here's where you failed, because you didn't actually check the whole thread. Hatninja's main post doesn't include any of my characters for some reason.
Here's Renhoek's SMB3 Mario. I ported it over to SE and added sprites for the stuff that wasn't in 1.6.
Try again.

Not to act smug, even though you clearly are for no reason, but aside from that having a Portal gun, it is not better than what I just posted. The sprites are unaligned. So when you're done acting like yours is better, especially when I didn't even know about it beforehand, you can try again, too

I could try again. But I won't. Also, they aren't unaglined, unless you mean the vine sprites, in which case yes, but it was in Renoek's too, so I didn't mind.

I made a few changes to the Sonic character Idiot and made. Outline can be colored now, so now your original fan characters can be more original, multiplayer colors for whenever multiplayer works (based on Brawl colors), shifted some sprites a bit, added name value for new beta, and added always big option for whenever I release my mod

EDIT: Why not have Mickey Mouse, too! I didn't download this game to make sure sprites looked as they did in-game, but they didn't look messed up to me, but tell me if anything is wrong.

For both Mickey and Sonic, the nogun skid frames are backwards (and I do mean just nogun. it looks fine in the gun sprites). Also I have a significant dislike on Sonic's climb frames.

I took a look at the skid sprites and they didn't look wrong to me, the skid faces the same way the character does when they're done. As for the climbing, I can change it, blame Idiot (just kidding, his are still really good, but the vine/pole is too skinny for them to fit in)

No, they face the reverse direction like when Mario turns. On the gun sprites it's fine, but on nogun it's off.

On the gun sprites, it's because it's always following the mouse, the sprites are all set up the same. I can change it and will (I'll put two downloads), but I don't see the weirdness. Like you said, it's what Mario does, and that's how this game is set up, because in Sonic Pocket Adventure, when he skids, he doesn't change direction, that's why the sprite faces the other way. I can't say the same for Mickey though, since I've never played the game it's from

What I'm saying for the nogun sprites on both Mickey and Sonic, the skid sprite should face the left direction while the other sprites remain facing the right.
The gun sprites are fine as they are.

I didn't have it change color because Yoshis always have the same red color for their saddle.
Plus it'd be annoying to change it since baby Yoshi doesn't have it.

I hear that was the original idea of Mari0.
However, no you can't really. It's pixel art so the entire system is set up for blocky Mario.
