You need to select the colour in an image editor and fill that selection with white, hide everything else then save. Do this for each of the colours. Replace the images in graphics/SMB/player. The ones with numbers are what Mari0 actually uses, so just replace them. The image with the portalgun is not recoloured so save whatever you want to keep constant on that image.

It'd be best if you did it on your own and learned how so you wouldn't have to ask anyone to do it again next time.

the portal gun only goes 2 ways because you only drew sprites for it going two ways
I don't know what you expected here

If you look at the Mario sprites in /graphics/smb/player, you'll see that each color of Mario (red, brown, and tan) is separated into 3 images (not including the portal gun image). This is what you'll have to do for the colors green, blue, and tan on your sprite. This, however, means that you'll have to remove some colors from your sprite, as you can only have three. Also, the sprites you made are in the incorrect position (look at the normal big and small Mario sprites in the player folder).
If anything is wrong with what I'm saying, please correct me.
