I own Windows XP and Mari0 1.6. It works fine on my computer, but when I close Mari0, it shows me the following message:
It's german and it says:
mari0_1.6.exe - Error in Application
The command in "0x00396396" refers to the memory in "0x097241b8". The process "read" could not be executed on the memory.
Click on "OK" in order to close the program.
OK
If I click on "OK" it just disappears. It doesn't appear to do any harm to my computer or to do anything at all, but it's still sort of annoying. It only happens whith the .exe version of the game, when I open the .love file with Love.exe and close it, this error message does not pop up.
Does this happen to anyone else?
Does anyone know why this always happens?
Some Irritating Issue

This also happened to me (but not anymore, because I'm using Mari0's source file). I heard once that this is because of something about exiting with older versions of LÖVE. But that's not something that causes problems. If it's really annoying you, I'd suggest downloading the .love file of the game. It runs better...Pixelworker wrote:I own Windows XP and Mari0 1.6. The problem is probably that you're still using XP SP2. Make sure you've at least SP3.

This happens with me and I have Win XP SP3.
This issue causes nothing though. It is a bit irritating, but I don't mind it.
