Check the placement of your pixels. Each tile must be 17x17, because on the far right a row of pixels is dedicated to tile properties. If there is even one pixel out of line, it could mess up your tileset

@MegaHeash: You probably used MS Paint to make the tiles. You shouldn't, because it don't support transparency, and transparency is needed to make good tiles.
Open your image in Gimp or paint.net, and remove the white pixels between the tiles.
If your ever really desperate, you could always post them to the Tileset Respositorium, and I'm sure a few people would help you with transparency issues.
Also, I've noticed your using 'Extra Entities'. Please note beforehand, that any mod-based mappack will not run in Vanilla Mari0, should you decide to use any entities from it. If you want to make a map with it, make sure people know to use that mod.
