We've had tests where 100 players would all be controlled by a keyboard.
So would it be possible for the bound for the special edition's online mode to be different, allowing more than 4 players without needing to change any code?

I'm with ya on that. I'm just into it for the awesome new features the editor will hopefully introduce, and then I can finally complete A0zora.

I think everyone's forgotten about the online mode in SE and is more exited about the other features...
Though I don't look forward to updating my maps as I have to re download them because I'm using a new computer and I forgot to copy the map files and I don't have the level creating enthusiasm that I had when I started map making.

The significant increase in customization of maps is what has me the most excited. Mainly the enemies customization.
But the main reason why I'm looking forward to this is that it allows for people to be more creative and original with their maps, enemies and puzzles.
Also there will be a whole new bunch of multiplayer maps released by the community for us to explore. I'm really hoping for a good multiplayer puzzler.
I have my own bunch of ideas ready for SE, I just don't know if I'll be able to execute them with this little time. But if I do I'll be sure to get it out as soon as possible to show everyone how you can throw all these new features together to make an awesome mappack.

No, no. I won't be leaving, that'd break my heart, I would miss you guys too much.
I'm just trying to say that I'm probably not gonna have the time to bring out these ideas in a complete and awesome mappack the way I have it imagined. I barely have time for the things I have planned right now...

It's pretty much the other way around actually.

I saw in a picture that you can change the flag's tile. That will be good for maps or not having a flag at all. I really can't wait for the new boss though. I wonder who won! (probably not mine there were way better ones.)

There was never supposed to be a winner.
It was about ideas and that's what the subforum was for.
But we can pretend like it was a wasted subforum if you're into that.
