Can enemies use the sticky gel, like go upside down on the roof and sideways on the wall? I think if that's not implemented then you should implement it and have the ability to rotate enemies to go on the sticky gel, or a enemy property to walk up walls when they collide with one and down walls when they reach a corner.

...I know it sounds stupid doesn't it? It would require rewriting some code...

your logic is flawed automatik
saying there's an entity which reacts to gel and that some entities are enemies doesn't mean any enemy reacts to gel

so, SE is going to have the removed gel from portal 2 called "adhesion" gel or somthing like that? Image
