Meat Boy (complete!) (I think)

Yep! Meat Boy is climbing with style
This will be the final version of him, I didn't (and won't) add his swimming because it'll be too big and MB hates water (I think)
I may add Meat Ninja as "Big Mario" if someone can edit his "collision box" to be 16x18

But anyway, cause Idk much about modding, I will be really thankful if anyone can make some mods... (except his sprites)
*Edit his small/big to have 16x18 "collision boxes" - I'll add Meat Ninja if you can do this
*Make him can run fast instantly and can turn around at will - I'll give you my grandma's cookies if you can do this
*Make him a "living red-gel", which make the tiles to... whatever Idk the word, maybe someone who have played (Super) Meat Boy will understand - I'll give you my cookies from my grandma if you can do this
*Add Super Meat Boy SFX (not necessary) - I'll give you this gay cookies if you can add that
*Maybe some more but I can't remember...
(I might post these ^ as Mods Request)

Oh, and here's a small (obvious) note for anyone who willing to make a mappack:
*Don't use 1-tile-wide hole, it won't work if MB is 16x18
*Don't make underwater-levels, since I didn't make his swimming sprites
*Don't add power-ups (yet)
*Maybe some more but I can't remember...

It don't have 8bit MB sprites, more like completely no sprites sheet for any character at all

That's because the outline ones in the lower one are obviously overlayed over the filled ones to create said shading. No idea why they would program it like that but hey.

also they need to be resized,
they're to big for the Mario sprite (at least for the 16x16 graphic grid... I don't know how big a player sprite can be.)
if it's to much I can help if you want... Or I can do it myself your choice.

I think the small player have 20x20 grid
Maybe you can help me think what should be "Mushroom-ed Meat Boy", make him longer would be dumb (or maybe Maurice will make him as big as Rainbow Dash)

I can't figure out how to draw his hand without looks like his mouth (maybe not now), so instead I draw 2 tiny pixels "grab" to the Portal Gun (look closely and you'll see)

Remove the Portal Gun is easy as hell but since I can't draw his hands so I put in the Portal Gun instead so he doesn't look weird
*Oops! About the running sprites I used 4 frames instead of 3, so the animation shouldn't be that smooth. Still finding a way to make it really looks like running (and smooth)

I used Chippy348's sprites, making them less wide(tried with MrCytosine's ones too, but i cant get them to work properly), for now is just a WIP(standing, walking, and jump animations)

P.S.: should i get rid of that portalgun "shaking"?

I know from the beginning that make the Portal Gun "shake" while running will look weird, because MB just "dash" with his feet shifting around, not "walk" like Mario (and other characters)
Also, MB is suppose to be rectangular, not square
And another also, 4-color MB is just turn him to gray, maybe you're trying to say 4bit MB, but I prefer 8bit MB, he looks more awesome

You can't make Meatboy rectangle without him no longer matching up with the collision mask, unless you hack/edit the game code.

The collision mask is used to determine if he is touching something, so Meatboy may fit visually within the existing collision mask but you'll end up with him able to hit bricks from below without visually touching the bricks as the collision mask is taller then Meatboy. Or if you were to make Meatboy narrower then the collision mask then he would no longer be able to walk right up against walls/objects and enemies would kill him before they visually collide.

Flag pole and vines. They're 'climb' sprites. You will only need the horizontal pointing ones. This is as Mari0 has no need for aiming when on a flag (so Maurice made the rest useless). Also the last 2 frames of swimming and the bottom (gun down) row go unused.

about him being a "square"...you made the sprites 16px of height and 18px of width, it didnt fit the small mario sprites, so i made it 16px of width(techically he's still a rectangle, 16x15px for his body plus 1px for his legs/feet).

and making the collision box wider as Meat Boy is(18px) will make him unable to go into 1tile wide spaces.
anyway, i made him again with his original width, since it's Chippy348's choice to use the wider one or less wider one.

you fel dumb for what? fix what? the width thing is just a graphical thing, if you want it to be 18px wide and you dont care about him overlapping the tiles, i guess you can leave it like that.
anyway, to make those gifs i had to actually make a mod, so i already made the sprite sheet(both for 16px and 18pc width, just with standing, walking, jumping and dying animations for now) if you are interested.

Climbing should just show his back view, so a block and his 2 arms and legs moving up and down
Swimming should be his two legs moving in a criss-cross motion
