With all this talk about Chell joining the game, It got me thinking. Where's Luigi? I don't think many people really care much about him (including me), still, I thought I would ask. That's unless someone's already working on adding him & I just missed that post.

Player 2 is Luigi. You can change your colors to be LUIGI. What do you mean Luigi isn't in the game?

Well, technically if you change the colour it won't change Mario's name at the top left corner.

Because there's a certain group of people who love the man in green more than Mario.
Personally, it'd be a nice touch to play as Luigi.... Oh wait, you can already by just changing colors. Problem solved. Luigi fans enjoy.

Now see, if someone were to mod the game with new, original sprites like the ones seen here, then it would be pretty cool. But until then, color changing is the best you'll get.

well here's my idea,
being able to change your characters name.

That way we won't be seeing suggestions for wario and such in the future as well.

Well Maurice made Rainbow Dash and Chell playable. He made it do:

print(v.player.name) instead of doing "mario" for the name above the score.

People are naive when they want Mari0 to be like SMBC but it's ok because SMBC is awesome. SMBC and Mari0 does their own thing.

My point is that the originality of combining Mario and Portal would be lost when you add stuff like that into it.

And on topic: Luigi's already in SE, you can see it in one of the Gifs that Maurice posted during the last screenshot marathon.
