So? What's the first thing you are gonna do when Mari0 comes out?I mean,in the game,It's obvious that you are going to yell out, fall from your chair and punch yourself in the face (at least that's me)

I'll probably just run through a few SMB levels first. SMB crossovers are kind of fun, but this one is just epic. Then the puzzle maps and then the editor (I wonder if the puzzles can be hard now that we'll be dealing with a missing dimension). I've studied Lua before I found Mari0 and I never made a platform game, so I'm also wondering how they made it work. It's always neat to see how other people write, everyone has their own 'style'.

Test out the engine -see if it still feels as close as R14, run around -shoot portals run out of time and die then change the amount of time so I can continue doing that for longer, complete first level, add my own music and sound effects...

That remInds me of a C++ compIler I heard about. You could type whatever Into It, and then It would try and buIld somethIng out of It.

You could mash the keys, hIt buIld, and It would run somethIng! (god knows what.)

I'm gonna suggest this game to the guys at SpeedRunsLive and see if I can develop some good speedrunning techniques.

pretty much do what everyone does in normal portal (infinite fall) exept with my brother and do it with four portals. (I don't have any freinds to play with :P)

I'm going to take this idea and make a map pack with levels with low time limits so you have to beat them really fast or you die!

Play the original levels, then take a look at the source code.
I'm making my own game using Java and Slick2D but I'm thinking on going LUA

Infinite loop, then go directly into space.

If I can play local multiplayer immediately, the same but with FOUR portals and a weird pattern (fall into P1's blue portal, come out of P1's orange, fall into P2's orange, come out of P2's blue).

eh. I don't think it will be too hard to find bugs (I know I'm being a dick) but that's really not the point in mari0 - Maurice is working real hard on making a bugless game, but when you try to recreate all of smb, mix some portal and make it all customizable, you have to try and look past the bugs
