I have downloaded Not Tetris 2 for linux but now I don't know how to start the game
I have Open Suse

You just told someone to "install" the source. Without telling him the instructions to compile it.
You don't know what you are talking about.

The game "Not tetris 2" need the "love2d" engine in the 0.7.2 version. Not the 0.8.0 version, which is the current version. So you can't simply try to install love2d using Yast (That's what Opensuse use to install packages, right?), because it's probably at 0.8.0 .
If you want to play to not tetris 2, the simplest way is to
-install Wine,
-Then to download,
-install the game by extracting it in to any folder
-and play the windows version of the game by double clicking the .exe .
